Vivalogue Publishing Canada Ltd has partnered with Dolphins Resort to produce a cookbook of menus from their popular Anglers’ Restaurant. Executive Chef Joe Volk and Chef Greg Stevens are culinary artists renowned for combining fresh local ingredients in innovative ways. Concierge Quarterly has declared that their cuisine “is not to be missed!”
The cookbook will feature recipes from the resort’s popular special event menus including the wine pairings which accompanied them. In addition to providing traditional publishing services, Vivalogue will adapt recipes and integrate them with highlights of the resort and the locale. “We are confident this book will be a popular souvenir for resort patrons and will introduce both the resort and its talented chefs to new audiences,” said Vivalogue director Lynn Duncan.
The book is scheduled for publication in 2013 and will be sold in gift shops located at Dolphins Resort and their winery partners. It will also be available at selected book stores and online at http://www.vivalogue.ca.
