PrintRunner takes its high-quality print materials at affordable prices from small- and medium-sized businesses to organizations that wish to make a difference. The Los Angeles-based online printing company extends its help to nonprofit organizations by launching their very own Nonprofit Program on August 27, 2012.
"We're pleased to announce the launch of PrintRunner's Non-Profit Program," Igor Krakovsky, Director, Marketing & Business Development, said. "During the last 12 years of doing business we've received many requests from local, national and international non-profit organizations asking us for discounts and donations, and, although we accommodated some, unfortunately we couldn't take care of all until now."
How are nonprofit organizations faring?
What better time for PrintRunner to take action in helping out nonprofit organizations than now, when such organizations are having a difficult time raising funds for their respective charities. According to the Late Fall 2011 Nonprofit Fundraising Study conducted by the Urban Institute, most of the small nonprofit organizations with $3M in annual expenditure are having difficulties securing steady funding for their projects, as the 31% decrease of received contributions as opposed to 17% of larger companies in 2011 would attest. Corollary, the smallest organizations with an annual expenditure of less than $250,000 have a 20% of closure as opposed to 8% among bigger nonprofit organizations.
With this knowledge, PrintRunner attempts to provide ample support to eligible organizations that wish to sustain membership and keep their dreams alive. According to Krakovsky, "[Our] Nonprofit Program will assist non-profit organizations with cost and time savings by providing them with valuable discounts and free services in an effort to reduce their overall campaign budget, thus, increasing their campaign performance and allowing them to contribute more dollars to their respective causes."
What will applicants receive?
Nonprofit Program by Printrunner will choose two (2) eligible applicants every month to receive $1,000USD in cash, $500 worth of print credits, and $250USD worth of Design Services, the latter two which can be ordered at PrintRunner.com. They, along with all eligible candidates, will also receive a lifetime10% discount to all print products such as business cards, brochures, flyers, vinyl banners, and more!
As the cash is meant to provide adequate funding for the organization, the print credits and lifetime discount are meant to be used by the organizations as promotional tools to advertise their respective causes. These should help them conduct different marketing campaigns to also establish their branding and corporate identity so people will associate their organization with it.
