My hope is that readers will learn how to take charge of their mental, emotional and physical states in a way that enables them to overcome all obstacles and create the life they want.

After graduating with highest honors from Harvard University and receiving a doctorate from Columbia University, Ingrid Bacci’s career was suddenly halted when she became seriously ill, a story she tells in her new book, “FEAR-LESS NOW: A Manual for Healing and Self-Empowerment in a World of Crisis” (published by Balboa Press).

When traditional medicine failed to help her, she embarked on an exploration of bodywork, mind-body techniques and spiritual study that healed her completely, while also teaching her how to create full mental, physical and emotional self-empowerment.

Her newly-released self-empowerment book, “FEAR-LESS NOW: A Manual for Healing and Self-Empowerment in a World of Crisis,” offers readers the hidden tools for living peacefully, successfully and courageously in a world of constant change, conflict and crisis.

“My hope is that readers will learn how to take charge of their mental, emotional and physical states in a way that enables them to overcome all obstacles and create the life they want,” says Bacci. “Mastering your inner state is the path not only to conquering pain, illness, restlessness and anxiety, but also to achieving outer success.”

The book is a manual for improvement that offers a systematic, simple, easy-to-apply series of steps that integrate mind and body so as to live from a place of both peace and productivity.

“By learning how to value and build inner serenity no matter what, you foster outer courage, and the combination of the two creates true personal power,” says Bacci.
