Brian Snyder has been teaching regular people how to make money in real estate for years. Now for the first time ever, Brian will walk students through a house rehab as he does it. Attendees will get to see the entire process warts and all as Brian Snyder rehabs a house. Students will follow Brain from the start of the project all the way to the sale and the cash out.

This event is being promoted by the Western PA Real Estate Investor’s Association, a Pittsburgh based investment club. The class is part of the WPREIA Financial Freedom Seminar Series. The house to be renovated and sold for a profit is located in Shaler Township. Shaler is a suburban neighborhood just outside of the City of Pittsburgh. The first house tour date is slated for September 8th, 2012.

This economy is a financial windfall to people who possess the skill set necessary to profit from the economic chaos. Many homes have fallen into disrepair and others have been abandoned. While the condition of the property may not excite the novice investor, seasoned investors see a potential gold mine. The act of rehabbing a house and putting in back into economic production not only enriches the investor who manages the job, but it also improves the community and provides much needed housing to local families.

As some investors are making piles of money brining dilapidated houses back to life, other investors are losing piles of money. The difference between these two groups is that the successful group has taken the time to learn how to make repairs that are economically viable and will bring the highest return for their dollar. The second group of investors follows the “learn from your own mistakes model”. This model can be enlightening but also very costly. The Shaler Financial Freedom event is geared towards those investors who want to learn how to make money not lose it.

The goal of this training is to walk potential investors through every aspect of a fix and flip style real estate investment. Many of today’s successful investors have made their fortunes using the same techniques that Brian will be showing to the class. Brian will personally talk the class through his thought process and share his experiences as he draws upon his vastly profitable real estate experience to guide him through this project.

Joining Brian will be Josh Caldwell, President of the Western PA Real Estate Investors Association, and author of Dominate the Internet: A How to Book for Real Estate Investors and Everybody Else. Josh will be working in conjunction with Brian Snyder to make this class both informative and entertaining.

The class will consist of three visits to the house. The first visit will be prior to any construction being done. The second visit will be mid-rehab, and the final visit will be when the house is staged and ready to sell. All participants will also receive a full video recording of the process of this particular rehab from start to finish.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own cameras to capture as many details from the before and after stages of the project. Any and all note taking materials are also welcome.
Investors who wish to learn more about how to make money in real estate should plan to attend. Details and tickets are available at http://pittsburghreia.com/. Tickets can be purchased at the event, however due to the limited number of people that the class can accommodate; it is recommended that interested parties reserve a spot prior to the event date.
