A recent study shows that 73% of residents in Licking & Knox Counties use the print yellow pages first when looking for local business information.
Residents were asked if they used their local yellow pages or the internet first when searching for a local business. The study showed 70% used the yellow pages first in Newark, 89% in Fredericktown, 67% in Centerburg, 57% in Granville, 50% in Hebron, 62% in Johnstown, 98% in Mt Vernon, 75% in Utica, 69% in Heath and 60% in Pataskala.
Overall the study revealed 73% use the yellow pages first, 27% use the internet first, 95% use both, 5% use the internet only and 25% do not have internet access at home.
