Construction is nearing completion on the first model home in Chiasso, a distinctive village of 59 single-family residences intertwined amid pristine lakes and waterways at Fiddler’s Creek.

Offered by national homebuilder D.R. Horton, the village of Chiasso will feature four unique floor plans, ranging from 2,583 air-conditioned square feet to 3,522 air-conditioned square feet. Chiasso is located within the beautiful Veneta section of the luxury, master-planned community and the homesites have been positioned to capitalize on the stunning lake views.

The Washington will serve as the homebuilder’s designer model in Chiasso. Fully furnished by Mercedes Lopez of One of a Kind Design Inc., the Washington offers 2,788 air-conditioned square feet with numerous upgrades to showcase the level of options available in the Chiasso series. The lakefront residence features three bedrooms, a den, and three and a half baths with a courtyard style three-car garage. The base price for the Washington is currently $529,990.

The Hawthorne offers 2,583 air-conditioned square feet and is being built as a move-in-ready home with an emphasis on southern style Florida living. The Hawthorne has three bedrooms and a study, three and a half baths, and a great room styled plan with a separate nook off of the kitchen area. It also features an oversized lanai overlooking a pool and spa and a lakefront setting as well as a three-car garage. The base price for the Hawthorne is currently $514,990.

The Madison, also a move-in-ready residence, offers 3,246 air-conditioned square feet with a casual design intended for entertaining friends and family. The home features three bedrooms and a den, four baths and a spacious grand foyer that leads to the formal living and dining rooms with contemporary finishes throughout. The Madison is currently priced from $564,990.

The Emerson is the largest residence currently offered within Chiasso with 3,522 air-conditioned square feet. This move-in-ready home features a Classic Mediterranean style with three bedrooms, three and a half baths and a second story bonus/loft area which can also be utilized for a private home theatre. A courtyard style home, the Emerson also offers a three-car garage and a lakefront setting. The base price for the Emerson is currently $584,990.

Each residence within the village of Chiasso will be built of structurally engineered reinforced concrete block wall construction with high profile concrete roof tiles.
