"As a rider myself, I have had great bike tours and some active adventures that were disappointing. We want to bring transparency to the cycling vacation market, and reward those who provide the best customer service," said Chan.

In addition, the site provides all sorts of guidance to riders on how to get the most out of a cycling vacation, such as training tips, packing guides, and travel guidance.
