In his role, Mr. Chagnon will responsible for leading the eTERA Consulting channel partnership program in the U.S. and Europe.

Mr. Chagnon has more than 26 years experience successfully developing, selling and managing businesses. As a business development executive, he has over 15 years experience identifying and closing new business opportunities within the legal, high-tech and government markets. As a highly skilled sales manager, Mr. Chagnon has an impressive track record leading cross-functional teams in managing client relationships throughout the entire sales life cycle leading to the closing of new business. In addition, Mr. Chagnon has successfully identified, developed and managed a large network of channel partners and strategic relationships resulting in increased revenue streams.

Prior to joining eTERA Consulting, Mr. Chagnon served as National Sales Manager for The Oliver Group managing direct and channel sales efforts and Sales Director for Pitney Bowes Legal Solutions where he was responsible for managing the national sales force for both the retail and wholesale litigation support services. In these positions, he developed expertise in providing litigation support and IT services to law firms and corporate clients including media restoration, data collection, forensic analysis, electronic discovery, and hosting and review solutions within the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Chagnon routinely consulted clients on the solutions necessary to successfully manage litigation, compliance, internal corporate investigations and government investigations.

Before entering the legal industry, Mr. Chagnon held key management positions at GTE Government Systems, Martin Marietta Aerospace and Texas Instruments. He also had a long successful career as a major in the U.S. Army specializing in communications and intelligence. Mr. Chagnon earned his M.B.A. from Chapman University and B.S. from Emerson College.
