Sandra Everett Offers Clients a Supportive Program to Achieve Client’s Health Goals

Sandra Everett, a health and wellness coach based in Pinson, Alabama has expanded her services to include a 90 day program to help her clients lose weight, reduce pain, and boost energy.

“I’m announcing a new program, “90-days to a Whittled Waist and Longer Life”. It is a customized program which is largely determined by the client, and varies significantly depending on each individual's unique goals, aspirations, and experience,” said Everett. “In all of our sessions, we work toward creating a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, rather than trying to make changes based on the short-term fad diet strategies that are impossible to maintain and are often unhealthy themselves,” she added.

“My approach doesn’t dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. I don’t give clients a list of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that’s flexible, fun and rewarding,” said Sandra Everett, a Pinson, Alabama health and wellness, vegetarian, and spiritual weight loss coach.

“In my 90 day program, clients learn how to shop for healthy foods, cook meals that are simple, easy, and delicious, and how to increase body movement in an enjoyable way. Other results my clients typically experience are increased energy levels, better sleep, a stronger spiritual practice, and the ability to decrease or get off of medications with food and nutrition, one meal at a time,” Everett states.

“The type of person who should enroll in my 90-day program would be someone who answers ‘yes’ to any of these questions: Have you ever received good advice that you were unable to follow? Has your doctor ever recommended a lifestyle change that you found to be unsustainable? Have you ever wanted something in your life, but found you couldn’t achieve it alone?” Everett explains.

“In 1999, at the age of 33 and in the prime of my young adult life, I learned that I was “pre-destined” to suffer from hypertension. The doctor said it was genetic and African-Americans were prone to the disease. He wrote me a prescription for high blood pressure medication and told me that I would be on them for the rest of my life. I was devastated and disheartened.”

“Then suddenly I developed asthma and was prescribed more medications. But by 2008, eight years after starting all the medications, I began to learn more about health, diet and nutrition and I made the bold move to adopt a vegetarian diet. The first foods to go were dairy products. The first physical signs of change were: no more sinus problems, mucous drainage and watery eyes. Within months I had completely stopped all asthma medications,” Everett said.

“In 2009, I was introduced to the Hallelujah Diet. It follows a ration of 85% raw, unprocessed food and 15% cooked food. During this time, I stopped all medications and felt better than ever. My blood pressure was great, I lost 15 pounds (unintentionally), my skin became clearer, my hair grew like crazy, and, overall, I was happier,” she said.

“I am now healthier than ever. January 2010 gave me the gift of complete wellness. My doctor cleared me from taking all medications. My wellness plan for maintaining optimal health is regular physical activity, a whole-food vegetarian diet, healthy relationships and spirituality.”

“While continuing on my wellness journey, I discovered that a 100% vegan diet does not work for everyone. That’s when I enrolled in the prestigious Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, and received a degree as a Holistic Health Coach,” she added.

Everett’s training included the study of over 100 dietary theories and believes that no one diet works for everyone. She learned to integrate many dietary theories in developing a personalized plan that will work for each individual client.

“I specialize in helping men and women who are struggling with weight issues and who want to make life-long healthy lifestyle changes. I do this by providing my clients with information, support, accountability and a listening ear on their unique journey to a healthier way of life,” Everett said.

“My ideal client is open and receptive to experiencing new things/ideas, enjoys good tasting food and wants to get out of his/her own way,” she said. Everett also offers a one-day “VIP Day Weight Loss Turnaround” program for clients who want a head-start and quick results.
