Custom built to ACG's specifications, the 8,000 square foot, 31st floor suite includes a state-of-the-art media studio, conference room facilities and work space for up to 30 ACG Global staff members.
ACG will be hosting an invitation-only open house to showcase the new office on September 5, 2012. Attendees will include ACG global board members, ACG chapter executives, ACG global staff and others.
Staff phone numbers and email addresses will not be affected by this move.
The building is owned by Tishman Speyer. Belcaster Realty represented ACG in the transaction and Ungaretti and Harris LLP advised ACG in lease negotiations. The architect and interior designer for the space was Bernie Berry, principal at Techno Limited and includes Herman Miller Furniture provided by Interior Investments. Construction was completed on time by Reed Construction.
