Guardian Capital, LLC (“Guardian”) announced the expansion of its real estate investment and advisory firm today with the addition of three new senior management professionals. Joe Carden joined the firm after leadership roles at both Citadel and North Trust Fund Services and will be running fund operations. Al Spears is bringing more than 27 years of experience in default operations at HCBC. Additionally, Adam Duman has taken over as Portfolio Manager coming from Waterfall Asset Management in New York City and Steel Mountain Capital in Denver.
