Inspirational, informative, groundbreaking, “The Crowned White Eagle” is a riveting book that opens one’s eyes to the realities experienced by Poland, its insightful history, its legends and highly-enriched culture. Written by Anthony P. Kowalski, this exhilarating read reveals the compelling truths behind a series of struggles endured by a strong and united nation.

Through stories shared by his family and his intensive study of Polish history and culture, Kowalski was able to weave together an incredible amalgam of action, drama and suspense as he takes his readers back to a time of oppression, enslavement and barbaric abuse – World War II. This book shares poignant and moving stories seen through the eyes of families, the true victims of war.

From painting the gruesome images of Nazi cruelty and vile tactical propagandas that ensured complete control over the fear-stricken citizens, to the disturbing pictures of death, savagery and terrorism, this moving literary work is a symbolic reminder of a country’s tenacity, endurance and unwavering spirit that surpass all forms of atrocity. Two centuries of violence, misery and crimes to humanity may have torn down families and taken the lives of many citizens, but never the people’s hope, for the aspiration for freedom and democracy prevailed continuously within their hearts.

Today the crowned white eagle again soars as Kowalski reveals the personal stories of families and friends in order to commemorate the bravery, courage and renewed hope of this great nation through the diplomacy sought from the power of pen. A shocking, provocative and educational look into the past, this literary masterpiece builds the platform for a stronger and brighter tomorrow.
