Brian Flack, General Counsel and Vice President of Client Services at Clutch Group, will participate in a panel discussion called “Managing Litigation in this Economy: Doing More with Less” at the Argyle Legal Counsel Forum in Chicago on Thursday, September 6th, 2012.
Mr. Flack’s session will be moderated by Mary Beth Tighe, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at RR Donnelley & Sons Company. The other panelists participating alongside Mr. Flack are Alan Gilbert, Partner at SNR Denton; George Miller, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Sigma-Aldrich Corporation; and David Nadig, Senior Vice President of Protection Law and Litigation at Allstate Insurance.
The session on “Managing Litigation in this Economy” is expected to address: Best practices and new approaches for efficient discovery, coordinating inside and outside teams to maximize inside contribution, staffing choices that make a difference, managing lawsuits with the greatest efficiency, decision making – trial vs. settlement, and learning how to make a budget for the long run.

Mr. Flack also served as a Partner at Venable LLP in Washington, D.C. for over 9 years where he worked extensively on all aspects of white collar criminal defense and enforcement-related litigation, including representing corporations and individuals in grand jury investigations, managing parallel criminal and civil proceedings, going to train, and advising on compliance issues.
