Brighton, UK (PRWEB UK) 7 September 2012
Animazoo (http://www.animazoo.com) the UK’s leading manufacturer of Motion Capture systems is today pleased to announce the release of its IGS-BIO biomechanics analysis software. The IGS-BIO software helps biomechanics researchers working with motion capture suits to improve the accuracy of data collected for their movement science projects.
This software has been created in co-operation with leading biomechanics scientists from the University Of Quebec & Montreal (UQAM) to ensure that it meets the needs of researchers working in the field of movement science.
“The goal with this software was to make it easy for researchers to carry out the analysis they require to make their projects a success” commented Oliver Winks, Animazoo’s lead software developer.
“We have included features based on customer feedback and the end result is a movement science software platform that works perfectly with our Motion Capture suits”
The IGS-BIO software is available to all of Animazoo’s motion capture clients. As well as new graph and playback tools, users will have the ability to capture movement data directly from the inertial sensors, free of any kinematic fusion for ultimate data integrity.
Mark Lewis, Animazoo Head of Sales commented “We have worked hard on this software to provide our clients with a single interface in which they can carry out their biomechanics research. This saves time and the cost of additional analysis tools.”
