AOC Solutions, Inc., a leader in the electronic accounts payable industry, announced today that Tammy Haug, Vice President and National Sales Manager of their Commercial Payments Division, will present during a co-hosted webinar with the Institute of Financial Operation. The webinar, "Turn your Accounts Payable into a Profit Center - an Easy, No-Cost Solution," will take place on Thursday, September 27, 2012, from 1:30 until 2:30 pm ET.

Ms. Haug will present with Paul Bowman, Director of Purchasing Services, at Utah State University (USU) and Jennifer Pangburn, Vice President and Program Development Consultant at PNC Bank.

The course will include a case study of USU's experience and success with AOC's electronic accounts payable platform, highlighting:

  • The steps taken by USU to get buy-in from senior management to move forward with     implementation
  • Initial and ongoing supplier enrollment success stories
  • Cost savings and revenue share that AOC's platform and the automated AP process brings to USU's bottom line

About the presenters:

Tammy Haug, National Sales Manager, VP, AOC Solutions, Inc.

Tammy’s career in the commercial card and payments industry began more than thirteen years ago. Her experience includes project management, sales, relationship management, and sales management. As a regional sales manager, Tammy was responsible for a team of nine executive sales representatives selling the payment technology in the western United States. A large percentage of her time has been spent in payment automation in the commercial, healthcare, higher education, public sector, and non-profit verticals. In September of 2010, Tammy joined AOC Solutions as a sales executive where she is focused on growing business for AOC and their financial partners through self-generated opportunities, assisting with sales efforts for partners, and sales training. Tammy received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Baker University in Baldwin City, KS, and her MBA at Webster University in Kansas City, MO.

Paul Bowman, Director of Purchasing, Utah State University

As the Director of Purchasing at Utah State University (USU), Paul’s focus for the past year has been ensuring the successful roll-out of SciQuest across two campuses, including integration with Banner. Paul has been with USU for seven years. Prior to that time, he ran his owned his own business for ten years. Paul holds a B.S. in Business Management and an M.B.A., both from the University of Phoenix.

Jennifer Pangburn, VP, Program Development Consultant, PNC

Jennifer Pangburn has more than 20 years of card industry experience in commercial card sales, Implementations and product management. Jennifer has worked with more than 300 clients in expanding their card programs or on their initial implementation. As an Account Development Representative Jennifer’s current role, is to work with clients to improve their overall payment initiatives that reduce the number of checks created and increase the number of electronic payments. During these initiatives, clients have realized significant and immediate savings while maintaining all audit/payment controls that the clients require. The Account Development Team works with existing and new clients to evaluate their entire payment strategy.
