Miracle Method Surface Refinishing will present the first of three annual workshops for its franchisees in Cleveland, OH, September 7 – 9. This weekend workshop is the first of three the company puts on each year to keep its franchisees technically superior and aware of the latest techniques in the surface refinishing of bathtubs, tile, fiberglass, acrylic, cultured marble and laminate bathroom and kitchen surfaces.
“These workshops not only add to the technical ability of our franchisees and their technicians, but also help maintain the gap between ourselves and our competitors. No one else in the surface refinishing industry offers continuing education programs,” says Chuck Pistor, President of Miracle Method. The annual workshops are in addition to the initial 15-days of training new franchisees receive. Ten of those days are technical, and new franchisees are encouraged to bring technicians with them. The other five days are for admin, marketing and sales training for the franchise owner.
Eddie Naro, Miracle Method’s largest franchisee, will direct much of the technical training. “This year we will be introducing an exclusive application system that will make our Natural Accents™ finishes look even more like natural stone.” Introduced in 2006, Miracle Method’s Natural Accents has revolutionized kitchen countertop and bathroom tile refinishing. “Natural Accents gives a homeowner the solid surface look they want, but at a cost savings of up to 75% over the cost of removing their old countertops and installation of new ones. Two additional workshops will be held in Sacramento, CA September 21 -23 and Corpus Christi, TX, October 5-7. “In addition to the technical hands on presentations, we’ll also be discussing how our new business development program is creating national accounts for our franchisees,” says Pistor. “This is an exciting time to own a Miracle Method franchise.”
