Cybermax Announces Launch of Online Ticket Management System for Century Village East in Deerfield Beach, Florida

New online ticket management system to enable community residents to view and purchase tickets to all events, completely online from anywhere the internet is accessible.

Cybermax, Inc., a Microsoft® Partner firm is excited to announce the launch of its Ticket Management System (TMS) software at Century Village East in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Century Village East is a 55+, active adult gated community in south east Florida, just south of Boca Raton and just north of Pompano. The community is home for some 16,000 residents who occupy the community’s 8,508 condominium units. The community boasts many amenities, not the least of which is a 1,600 seat theater. For many years, the community offered residents and their guests’ tickets to performances through a manual system which was primarily paper based, but no more.

“The TMS went live on Wednesday July 25, 2012, wherein community residents were able to view the community’s entire calendar of events and purchase tickets online via the Internet” notes Bob Touro, VP Marketing for Cybermax.

Century Village’s recreational facilities are managed by Bay Management Corp., who undertook a system requirements search for a way to update its event management and ticketing systems in 2011. “Cybermax, became the clear choice to satisfy our requirements and needs, based upon similar systems tailored for other communities like ours that they were able to demonstrate to us,” notes Norma Taylor, Director of Property Management for Bay Management.

“A large number of our residents are seasonal, with a good many living in the colder regions of the Country and out of country in Canada. In the past we conducted pre-sales and seasonal sales with paper order forms, which wasn’t as efficient a system as we would have liked. Now we are able to process all ticket sales and orders online, either at our ticket office or online 7/24/365 which is a welcomed capability for all of our residents and a greatly enhanced system for us to use in our management of our show venues” continues Taylor.

Cybermax president, Som Jha was personally on site for the initial release and launch of the system. The TMS (Ticket Management System) is tailored specifically for each community client install and in the case of Century Village East; the system is fully supported by Cybermax’s Jacksonville office. Cybermax also has operations in New Delhi, India managed by Som’s younger brother Om Jha, who initially architected and developed the TMS system now deployed in communities such as Century Village East.

Som notes; “When we do a new client install and launch it is always an exciting time, but we were quite pleased with how quickly the Bay Management Staff became comfortable with interacting with the system and pleased to hear that most felt it was pretty easy to work with and operate.”

TMS will afford all community residents and Bay Management with the necessary system tools to maintain and update shows and events, provide promotional descriptions for each and allow residents to view, select and purchase seat selection and tickets online with secure payment via debit/credit card online.
