MED3OOO, a national leader in healthcare management and technology products and services, announced today its client partner PriMed, LLC, in Shelton, CT, has chosen to participate as an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Shared Savings Program.
PriMed is a 116-provider multi-specialty practice with 38 locations in Fairfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut. It is one of 89 new organizations nationwide to participate in the CMS model of coordinated care for Medicare beneficiaries.

With support from MED3OOO, PriMed has grown from a 35-physician primary care practice to a 116 physician multi-specialty medical group that currently serves over 75,000 patients a year.
