Avaya Service Excellence Partner, Unified Comms and Contact Centre specialists 4net Technologies, has appointed Andrew McDougall, to the position of Chairman.
The appointment has been made to strengthen the management team and help drive the company’s future plan to become the preferred Unified Communications and Contact Centre Partner in the UK.
Andrew was previously Managing Director of Central Telecom UK Ltd taking the company through a period of significant success and growth and increasing turnover to over £40 million. Under Andrew’s leadership Vodafone acquired the company in 2008 to spearhead their move into total communications and Andrew became Head of their Unified Communications Group.

Andrew’s appointment comes hot on the heels of the appointment of Julie White, formally Central’s Director of Marketing and Communications and Vodafone’s Lead Marketing Manager for UC, into the position of Head of Marketing.
