Washington, DC (PRWEB) September 06, 2012
During the Democratic National Convention last September 4, First Lady Michelle Obama delivered a speech that captured the attention of the whole United States. In her talk, huffingtonpost.com reported that she delivered a message that her husband is just like any common American. And after perusing the said speech, news website GreenBeanBuddy.com described it as a subtly political piece.
According to the report, Mrs.Obama never mentioned Mitt Romney, her husband's rival for presidency, in her talk. Instead, she focused on the similarities of her and her husband's early life with that of the common Americans and went on stating that the current president understands the struggles of most citizens. Particularly, she shared with the audience the things her father and President Obama's grandmother had to go through while earning a living among others.
A separate post from washingtonpost.com stated that the First Lady's speech was apolitical yet political at the same time. And as it said, the fact that Mrs.Obama never mentioned the Republican challenger is the biggest blow to the rival candidate.
Below's an excerpt from the post Mrs.Obama's DNC Speech Impresses the Public by GreenBeanBuddy.com.
“On September four, Mrs. Obama delivered a speech on the Democratic National Convention for 2012 in Charlotte, North Carolina. And based on the reactions of the public, her talk scored her big.
As the person with the highest favorability rating based on the Associated Press-GfK poll, the first lady was the most popular figure in this year’s presidential campaign. And with her speech last Tuesday, she showed why she was the most positively viewed by the masses.”
After going over the highly-talked about speech of the first lady, news website GreenBeanBuddy.com commented that it was masterfully crafted. Particularly, the site described it as subtle in its political assault yet lucid in presenting the strength of the Democratic candidate. It added that the piece very well laid out the reason why the people should re-elect the current president.
