DeLoyd brings a wealth of experience supporting local merchants in their efforts to grow their businesses through online marketing.
As the Head of Merchant Operations at Groupon, DeLoyd led a 20 person team covering training, communications, quality assurance, analytics, performance management, workflow, process optimization, and internal tool creation. During her time at Groupon, DeLoyd helped grow Merchant Services from ~80 people to over ~250 people serving ~90% of merchant accounts across multiple service lines.
