The Boston accounting firm of Feeley & Driscoll, P.C. appointed Christopher J. Previte and Erik W. Lynch as shareholders in the firm.

Feeley & Driscoll, P.C., a 120-person regional certified public accounting and business consulting firm with offices in Boston, Massachusetts and Nashua, New Hampshire, announced today the addition of two shareholders.

The directors of the firm appointed Mr. Christopher J. Previte (of Peabody, MA) and Mr. Erik W. Lynch (of Boston, MA) shareholders. Mr. Previte has been with the firm for over eleven years, and Mr. Lynch has been with the firm for over nine years.

Mr. Previte’s expertise is primarily focused in the non-profit, healthcare and human services industries. His major areas of specialization include audits of hospitals, health centers, nursing homes and other human service providers, performing operational reviews, financial forecasting and budgeting, and benchmarking analysis for his clients. 

Mr. Previte holds a bachelor of science in accounting, MBA degree in tax and an MST degree all from Bentley University. He holds professional memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA).

Mr. Lynch’s expertise is focused in the healthcare and not-for-profit industries. He supervises audits and consulting engagements as well as assists clients with business planning and other financial analysis. His experience includes auditing, governmental reporting, internal audit reviews, physician practice valuations, revenue/reimbursement analysis, financing assistance and other consulting and attestation engagements.

Mr. Lynch holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Anselm College, an MSA from Northeastern University, and an MBA from Bentley University. He holds professional memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and is a contributing author to the HFMA/MSCPA annual technical bulletin.
