Platinum-Selling Duo Karmin to Perform at Exclusive and Invitation-Only Event at The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE
VMA Lounge presented by Velodyne Acoustics benefiting the VH1 Save the Music Foundation celebrates the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. On September 6th from 12 noon to 4pm, award nominees and attendees are invited to The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE for an exclusive afternoon filled with luxury and music by DJ Casey Connor and Nate Novarro of dance-punk band Cobra Starship. Following the award show (7pm to 11pm), the festivities will continue with a private invitation-only Afterparty featuring a special live performance by Karmin with Demetrius and Ian Desdune on the turntables. Food and drinks will also be served throughout the afternoon and evening.
The events will be filled with fun and entertaining activities that celebrity guests will be able to experience including an experiential lounge with Velodyne Acoustics latest headphones coming to market. Additionally, Velodyne will present a customer painted subwoofer by celebrated Artist Ano Domini Force129. Emerging artist Ashanti of Symphony Crack Orchestra is also on hand to present Velodyne's most innovative products on the market, which range from headphones to subwoofers.
The Daytime Lounge will benefit VH1 Save The Music Foundation which helps public elementary and middle schools across the country restore their instrumental music programs to ensure that all children have access to a complete education.
