The information sessions are divided according to user categories for the optimal experience, with presentations geared toward IT, business management and end-user audiences. These separate tracks allow users from every part of an association to focus on solutions that directly impact their specific operations. Seventy percent of the information-session presenters are users describing their organization’s unique implementation of Aptify’s fully configurable software. The remaining 30 percent are outside speakers and Aptify team members relaying best business strategies and software maximization with topics such as Scoring Member Engagement, Improving Website Performance and Security, Membership Renewal and Formatting and Managing Views. Many of these sessions quality for CAE credit hours.
“Since Aptify’s software is configurable, associations have the opportunity to address individual business or management needs through their AMS,” said Rachael Bell, president of Aptify’s User Community and digital communication manager at the New Jersey Society of CPAs. “This conference allows us to exchange ideas with our peers and give feedback to the Aptify team.”
Users have the opportunity to submit their association’s AMS adaptations in a contest with other user modifications. This facilitates the exchange of ideas and can lead to future innovations in Aptify’s AMS.
