The Poway Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 50th Annual Poway Days Festival on Sunday, September 16th from 10am to 4pm. This “Poway Days” themed street fair is being held on Midland Road between Poway Rd and Hilleary Place. There will be an array of booths, live acts, food trucks and regular food vendors, and crafts to entertain the entire family. Attendees will be treated to new vendors and returning local favorites.
“We are proud to present the 50th Annual Poway Days Festival. This event is a special opportunity for both business and community to come together to celebrate Poway,” says Dolores Canizales, Poway Chamber President & CEO.
A new attraction to this year’s street fair is a beer garden offering tastings from a local brewery.
The Poway Days Festival is a community celebration showcasing close to 150 vendors including home improvement, safety and health services, children’s education, pet supplies, craft items and everything in-between.
The main stage will feature the Kanan Road band, an unforgettable energetic live acoustic full band filled with heartfelt precision of California Country. KV and The Blues Academy is a Rockabilly Blues band that will get the crowd moving to their energetic sound. Jeffrey Joe will feature his personal style of folk music and the San Diego Zoo’s “Dr. Zoolittle” will entertain both children and adults with his sensational knowledge of wild-life and science.
The festival’s food court will feature a large selection of delicious treats such as grilled meats, BBQ ribs, roasted corn, polish sausage, cheese-steak and tri-tip sandwiches, shaved ice, kettle corn, vegan faire and much more.
