The supplement world can be hard to navigate for those living a vegetarian lifestyle. Over the years, Liquid Health, Inc. has tried to remain conscious of this population by including vegetarian products in its collection. Currently more than half of Liquid Health, Inc.'s product lines are liquid vegetarian supplements and are available to its thousands of retail locations nationwide.

“Whenever possible we try and make our products vegetarian so they can be available to everyone,” according to Brett Peterson, Director of Business Development for Liquid Health, Inc., “and since acne affects most people at one time or another, we wanted to develop a product that would help people no matter their age, gender, race or other circumstances.”

The newest of Liquid Health’s vegetarian supplements is a new concentrated vitamin B5 supplement. Clear Skin B5 has been designed to help reduce the production of oil in a person’s skin, helping to eliminate acne before it can develop.

Liquid Health Inc.'s Clear Skin B5 includes:

Vitamin B1                         3 mg
Riboflavin                         3.4 mg

Those participating in the study were suffering from persistent acne and given high doses of pantothenic acid. Some participants saw their acne start to clear up as quickly as one week after starting the vitamin regime, others started to see results within a month.
