MSP.Inc. has become the latest target of the Korea Game Rating Board. As of early September, the Korea Game Rating Board declined to publish both MSP’s free and paid versions of its Sexy Sudoku Application for phones and tablets using Google Play. The Korean Game Rating Board (KGRB) has raised the age limits on Lady Gaga material and declined to publish Diablo 3 citing it was too much like “gambling.” However, MSP. Inc believes KGRB may be infringing on international creative rights.
“Our Sexy Sudoku App is meant to tease a mature audience. The KGRB is trying to replace a parent’s judgment or common sense. Someone can Google the term “naked pictures” and see far more graphic images than our App’s sexy girls meant to tease as a reward for solving the Sudoku puzzles,” said an executive at MSP. Inc.
MSP, Inc. isn’t that surprised by the KGRB’s decision. “Our App is popular in the U.S. as men and women love a challenge. And, Americans buy sex. However, our App is more Sudoku than it is just images of scantily clad women. The KGRB declined our publishing request on Google Play using the same reasoning they did for declining Lady Gaga’s material. We don’t mind the controversy at all. We are proud of our App and proud of the beautiful women we feature!”
Consumers and the media can try the Sexy Sudoku App for free by clicking here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mspinc.sudokulite&hl=en MSP, Inc. also has two fee-based versions of Sexy Sudoku. The free version of Sexy Sudoku offers easy puzzles and teasing prizes of women showing skin. The paid versions of our App include different levels of Sudoku challenges, are free from advertising, and have “OMG” images of women posing suggestively. Sexy Sudoku is strictly intended for mature audiences only.
