Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Washington, DC invites news media to its September luncheon: “Loved to Death—The Plan for Restoring the National Mall”. The luncheon is on Thursday, September 20th from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Capital Hilton at 16th & K Streets, NW in Washington, DC.
Join the Trust for the National Mall Chairman and Washington real estate icon, Chip Akridge, along with Trust Corporate Relations Director, Lindsay Pugh, for a conversation about the future of one of America's most recognizable and well-known public spaces. The Trust for the National Mall is the official partner of the National Park Service, dedicated to restoring and improving the National Mall. Two of the key public areas for restoration, Constitution Gardens and Sylvan Theater, were recently re-envisioned by some of the nation’s top architects in the National Mall Design Competition. Chip and Lindsay will discuss the winning designs and the Trust’s plans for the future of the Mall.
