IIL and NYU-SCPS to Host First Global Summit on Leadership and Strategic Project Management

Global Summit will bring together seven leading authorities for a one-day event on September 12, 2012 at NYU’s Kimmel Center.

International Institute for Learning (IIL) and the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies (NYU-SCPS), Division of Programs in Business announced today the first Global Summit on Leadership and Strategic Project Management will be held on September 12, 2012. The one-day Summit is sponsored by IIL, NYU-SCPS, the New York City Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI®), and PIEMatrix. The Summit will take place at NYU’s Kimmel Center located at 60 Washington Square South in between Thompson Street and LaGuardia Place.

The Summit features presentations by seven leading authorities who will discuss a variety of topics including Grateful Leadership, Business Analysis, Strategic Project Management, and Trust and Its Impact on Relationships. Keynote addresses will be given by Dr. Harold Kerzner, a best-selling, globally recognized author of over 50 books about project management, as well as Greg Balestrero, Strategic Advisor and former President and CEO of PMI. Other event speakers include: Judith W. Umlas, Author, Trainer and Senior Vice President at IIL; Frank Ryle of PM Pulse; Business Analyst Steven Blais; IIL Director of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management Carl Belack; and IIL Senior Consultant and Trainer Frank Saladis.
