A Randomized, Open-Label Crossover Study of Bioequivalence and Safety of Doxorubicin Hydrochloride Liposome Injection Formulations in Patients with Advanced Carcinoma of the Ovary
The primary objective is to assess the bioequivalence of two doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome injection formulations, TLC-Doxo 2 mg/ml as test product and Caelyx 2 mg/ml as the Reference Drug, by conducting a pharmacokinetic analysis.
