WeightTraining.com, the first to offer online Fitness Battles to encourage everyone to get fit through friendly competition, has expanded this feature to now include both Free-for-All and Team Battles.
Users can choose from the following options when creating Individual or Group Fitness Battles:
One Rep Max or Total Weight Lifted (Weighted Exercises)
Longest Distance Without Stopping or Total Distance Over Time (Running and similar exercises)
Longest Set of Time or Total Time (Planks and similar exercises)
Most Total Points in One Workout or Most Workout Points Over Time (All exercises included)
Battle time limits can be set at 24 hours (Skirmish), 3 days (Melee), or 1 week (Battle Royale).
Fitness Battles (100% free on WeightTraining.com) provide a unique and fun way to encourage people to exercise more, and are no longer limited to only two people in each battle.
WeightTraining.com makes it easy for users to achieve their fitness goals by providing them with relevant, real-time workout data. The site allows users to create customized workout plans or to use one of WeightTraining.com’s 200+ workout plans, then measure their progress using the site’s innovative workout logger and goal tracker.
WeightTraining.com also leverages the power of peer support through its robust fitness community: users can invite each other to participate in fitness challenges, compete in real-time fitness battles, high five and comment on each other’s activity, or just trade advice in the community forums. WeightTraining.com is the only site you’ll need for meeting all of your weight training, health, and fitness goals.
