Foodservice staff must understand that people eat with their eyes
LIVONIA, Mich. (PRWEB) September 12, 2012
The new book by George Rapitis, M.S., “The Gourmet's Guide to Elegant Foodservice: From Delicious Recipes to Creative Presentation” (published by AuthorHouse), is meant to help foodservice employees improve how they serve food at an event.
“The Gourmet's Guide to Elegant Foodservice” contains helpful information that chefs, foodservice managers and banquet staff can use when catering an event or party. It has elegant recipes, tips for serving food at a banquet, and provides food servers with napkin folding techniques.
With multiple degrees and a successful career as both a foodservice professional and a foodservice educator, Rapitis is uniquely qualified to pen this book. “Foodservice staff must understand that people eat with their eyes,” Rapitis says. “This book will help them make their event even more elegant and beautiful.”
