AIReS Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Renewal

AIReS has not incurred an ISO 9001 negative audit finding in 16 years.

After an annual audit, AIReS is proud to announce the achievement of ISO 9001:2008 registration renewal with no negative findings.

Independent ISO Auditors Leon Nath and Maria Kingston spent the beginning days of September visiting each AIReS branch location to evaluate adherence to the ISO 9001 registration. The auditors interviewed randomly selected staff members, who demonstrated key components of the AIReS Quality Program, which ISO 9001:2008 governs, and explained what it means to their day-to-day work, highlighting recent security and technological enhancements made.

“Both Leon and Maria were first impressed by our customer service focus,” said Laura May Carmack, AIReS Quality Manager, of the audit. “They have never seen metrics like ours, and how we connect our metrics to problem solve and determine the best course of action to provide what customers want next. They were especially impressed with the AIReS iPhone app.”

The auditors noted a commendable level of consistency between AIReS’ branch offices, stating that employees could swap locations, and service delivery and security would be identical.

This renewal follows the annual renewal of ISO 14001, which governs AIReS’ green and environmental initiatives, with zero negative findings in June.
