Stock Construction has chosen Soco Interiors as the interior design firm for the Ponte Vedra II model home at Mahogany Bend in the luxury, master-planned community of Fiddler’s Creek.

The award-winning team at Soco Interiors will inspire luxurious living throughout the single-family home, overseeing space planning, material specification, interior detailing and furniture acquisition. The project will be led by Jill Cotton, cofounder of Soco Interiors. A graduate of Purdue University, Cotton has worked in the luxury design industry for more than 20 years.

The Ponte Vedra II is a single-story residence offering 3,490 square feet of living space. The home features a split floor plan consisting of four bedrooms and four and a half baths designed around a centrally located living room with adjoining kitchen with dinette and family room. The Ponte Vedra also has a dining room and a study near the front entrance. The model home also will showcase an open patio, pool package and outdoor kitchen area.

Interior design features of the Ponte Vedra will include upgraded wooden cabinets, granite kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity tops, deep soaker tubs in the master bath and designer bathroom fixtures. Specialty items include brick paver driveways and walkways, wood shelving throughout and pre-wire for security systems. The Ponte Vedra II is currently priced starting at $769,990. The Ponte Vedra II furnished model may be purchased on leaseback $1,291,990.

In addition to the Muirfield II, there are two additional floor plans available in Mahogany Bend.

The Riviera II is a single-story residence offering 3,174 square feet of living space. The home will feature a large open foyer leading to the kitchen and dining room, four bedrooms, four and a half baths, family room, study and screen covered lanai with a base price from $714,990.

The Muirfield II is a single-story residence encompassing 3,202 square feet of living space. The home will feature four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a spacious great room just off the kitchen, study, dining room and screen covered lanai with a base price from $719,990.

Each residence within the village of Mahogany Bend will have three front elevations from which to choose. The exteriors of each home will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and will include cement tile roofs. Each residence also will feature a spacious three-car garage.

Located just off Collier Boulevard between Naples and Marco Island, Fiddler’s Creek is an award-winning community that has been selected by the readers of the Naples Daily News and Bonita Daily News as “Best Community” in the 2012 Southwest Florida Readers’ Choice Awards.
