The Brown Bag will be addressing changes (with the inclusion of four new decisions) in the MSPB’s treatment challenges to the revocation of security clearances. The panel will be including experts on security clearance law. The panel consists of Mark Zaid, Kristin Alden and Elizabeth Newman.
