The story provided details of where and when the crash occurred and what police suspect may have caused it.

The story revealed that the crash at issue occurred at approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday morning near mile marker 155 on Interstate 35 in Logan County. According to the report, a driver from New Mexico was traveling in a southbound direction in the northbound lanes of the interstate when that vehicle crashed directly into an oncoming van and an oncoming pickup truck.
According to The Oklahoman article, as a result of those initial collisions, the unidentified driver’s vehicle slid out with its side exposed and was hit by another oncoming vehicle. That final collision is believed to have taken the lives of both of those drivers. A total of four other people were injured in this series of crashes, and police are continuing to investigate the situation, according to the article. No word was given as to whether any citations were issued, any arrests were made or whether or not alcohol or the presence of some other intoxicant was suspected with regards to this crash.
