Annual Report Lists iland as one of Houston’s Top 100 Growing Companies

iland™ Internet Solutions, the global cloud infrastructure provider and VMware’s Global Service Provider Partner of the Year 2012 has been named to the Houston Business Journals’ Fast 100 list of growing Houston businesses. The "Fast 100 List" ranks the fastest-growing private companies in the Houston area according to the following criteria: percentage growth in revenue from 2009-2011; revenue of more than $1 million in 2011; and has been in business for a minimum of five years.

iland provides cloud infrastructure-as-a-service solutions that enable organizations to build and manage secure virtual datacenters in the USA and Europe on trusted high performance clouds with extensive compute capacity and flexible billing options. Organizations typically use iland’s cloud platform for enterprise production, development and testing, disaster recovery and SaaS delivery.

Brian Ussher, President and Co-Founder at iland, attributes the company’s growth and aggressive expansion over the last twelve months to its unwavering focus on providing secure, customized public cloud platforms to customers and partners. Ussher said, “We are delighted to be recognized in the Houston Business Journal Fast 100. We’ve seen a significant number of companies transitioning to the cloud over the past twelve months as IT departments and executive management alike realize the benefits to be gained by moving to cloud-based platforms. Our dedicated and highly skilled employees act as an extension of our customers’ IT departments and that has contributed significantly to the company’s growth. iland enjoyed revenue growth from 2009 to 2011 of 119% and we believe that we are ideally positioned to continue to help our customers and partners take advantage of iland’s VMware vCloud powered platform.”
