Stafford Springs, Connecticut (PRWEB) September 11, 2012
Paradiso Insurance, will be donating goodie bags consisting of activity books, bubbles, erasers, play dough, pencils, silly bands, stickers, etc., but no candy (due to children’s allergies), to the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center this Halloween.
Since many of the children are terminally ill and cannot leave their hospital rooms to celebrate the holiday, the agency will be preparing and bringing the Halloween-themed goodie bags to the children, giving them a “Reverse Trick-or-Treating” experience.
The Connecticut insurance agency will be assembling goodie bags from now until October 15, 2012 and encourages the community to donate items by calling the office at 860-684-5270 or toll free at 800-660-2991.
Paradiso Insurance understands the tough economic times may limit the amount of money and items that many businesses and individuals can give. However, the agency wants to ensure the community that every little bit helps. The agency will except any quantity of the items listed above in addition to gift cards and cash donations.
They couldn’t deliver as many goodie bags and smiles to children at the hospital without the support of the Connecticut community!
