The customer support from Inflow following our ShoreTel installation has been excellent.

Inflow Communications, a leading provider of ShoreTel ® VoIP business phone systems, has recently completed the installation of a new ShoreTel Unified Communications System for popular multimedia publisher SagaCity Media. The new IP phone system is now installed in Portland headquarters and Seattle offices, with new installations planned for offices in Park City, Utah and Vail, Colorado.

The new VoIP phone system was installed to help the publisher handle the growing needs of the company as it expands across several western states to support its current 28 magazine publications, and will replace the company’s previous PBX phone system which had reached full capacity.

“We support a staff of 150, and had just outgrown our old PBX copper phone system. We were in need of a system that could expand as the company grew,” says Jimmy Fecteau, SagaCity Media’s Director of Technology for the last four years. “We also wanted a system that was flexible enough to allow our staff easy remote access.”

The remote support was crucial for the publisher. As the company continued to expand its staff, a growing number of sales and management team members needed mobile and remote support, as they now split their time across the publishing company’s multiple offices. The new ShoreTel IP phone system from Inflow Communications was able to support all staff members and provide a seamless experience for both SagaCity staff and their customers.

“Users are able to forward calls and voicemails to wherever they are at, with zero interruptions for contacts,” notes Fecteau.
The new Unified Communications system from Inflow includes a host of system features designed for seamless call transferring and forwarding. SagaCity’s new system includes IP phones, desktop software, mobile device integration and several site-to-site features that make support across all offices simple and easy to manage.

When evaluating options for the new phone system, it was Inflow Communications’ dedication to provide not just a phone system, but also hands-on consultative services including a full review of SagaCity’s business needs, its business model, and goals for future growth that made the VoIP business phone provider stand out from the competition. As a result of the in-depth consultation Inflow Communications provided SagaCity, company management were able to figure out just which services were needed to help SagaCity support its multiple offices.

“Inflow’s entire process, from initial consultation to our post-installation service, is designed to fully support our clients. We learn about their needs, their present and future goals, and then provide them with a system that will support them just as well in the future as it does today,” says Inflow President Travis Dillard. “Technology that doesn’t address their needs is a waste of everyone’s time and money. We are here to help our clients save costs and increase productivity and collaboration.”
