Retail Options Expand Offerings and Boost Sales.

AG Industries, a domestic manufacturer of CPAP, Oxygen Therapy, Aspirator & Nebulizer filters, accessories, and replacement parts for over 25 years, is introducing a new line of retail CPAP products for HME providers and their patients.

Increasingly the challenges of mandates, audits, reduced reimbursements, and competitive bidding are taking a toll on providers and their bottom lines. In order to survive and thrive, providers are looking for new opportunities with existing clients and are discovering the expanding retail markets. As the independent baby boom generation reaches their senior years, more and more are demanding access to a greater variety of products and the option to avoid health insurance hassles. Retail offerings fill that gap perfectly by providing choice and accessibility. “Our CPAP products for the retail market not only help HME providers increase their range of offerings to current customers, but create a whole new source of cash revenue, independent of private insurance and Medicare or Medicaid mandates” said AG’s president, Michael Amann.

In addition to this convenient new packaging, AG Industries’ centrally located manufacturing facility and warehouse help keep provider’s inventory costs down. Mr. Amann noted, “The ability to manufacture, inventory, and quickly ship to locations across the country means our customers don’t have to invest in and store large quantities of product. We are committed to making the retail sales and re-ordering process as efficient and profitable for our customers as possible.”

AG Industries will debut their retail packaged CPAP products this fall at MedTrade 2012. Items including filters, chinstraps & cleaners will be on display in the ”Home & Retail Design Center” on the Expo floor in Atlanta, Georgia, October 16th through 18th.
