The Governor himself will be in attendance this Thursday, September 13th, at 5:45 pm at the Black Gold Williston Lodge in Williston, North Dakota. The financial contributors, which consist of local land and business owners, will be treated to a hand crafted meal by award-winning chef Patio Nelson.
