Made In America Store. Saving & Creating Jobs by supporting American Manufacturing!

As America's consumers, we have to make change happen by stimulating America's manufacturing industries through our purchasing power.

Elma, New York (PRWEB) September 13, 2012

The Made In America movement is stronger than ever and helping leading the charge is Elma’s own Mark Andol. Mark Andol owns both a steel fabrication plant (General Welding & Fabricating) and an all US-made products store and has created quite the buzz in the media. With over 500 interviews, AWR (American Workers Radio) is looking for a follow up interview to see how Mark Andol and the Made In America Store has progressed since the last interview.

American Workers Radio recognizes the incredible loss of American manufacturing jobs and is now trying to unite America’s consumers and businesses in attempt to increase employment. Like AWR, Mark Andol is consistently reminding people that to be able to create jobs, you need to support US manufacturing.

“Vote with your dollar.” Says Mark Andol, when talking to crowds, “The people have a lot more power than they think and the economy is can be influenced just by where our items are made.”

Mark Andol opened the Made In America Store as a response to losing a multi-million dollar contract to a Chinese steel company who was getting their steel at a lower price than Andol could. A third of Andol’s work force had to be laid off, some of which were family.

“Christmas just isn’t the same when you have to lay off family.” Says Andol.

Despite the recession, one of the hottest items at the all US made products store is the steel fire rings. The Mild Steel Fire rings are manufactured with 3/16th steel plates, weighs in at 58 pounds with a 30 inch diameter. The Steel Fire Rings, complete with a base and multiple add-ons including fire grate and pot holder, is manufactured at none other but at General Welding & Fabricating.

Since General Welding & Fabricating has started manufacturing the fire rings, sales have been increasing and demand for custom-cut fire rings and work has been growing. This simple equation is exactly what Andol is talking about. General Welding & Fabricating has grown from Mild Steel Fire Rings to Stainless Steel Fire Rings, Furniture, Steel Art, Lawn Rollers and much more!
