Leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing Firm Expands Executive Team Driven By Continued Growth

Seven Step Recruiting, a leading provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, today announced that Emily Gordon, an accomplished recruiting professional with hands-on experience improving the hiring processes for clients and candidates, has joined Seven Step as a Strategic Director.

A veteran in the design and implementation of outsourced recruiting solutions, Ms. Gordon brings more than 10 years of talent acquisition industry experience to Seven Step. Ms. Gordon previously worked with one of the largest global staffing and sourcing providers to build and implement two national recruitment delivery centers. She holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification acquired through experience in recruiting process optimization and improvement, as well as building candidate acquisition teams and recruitment delivery models from the ground up.

As a Strategic Director at Seven Step, her responsibilities include the strategic delivery of client services and LEAN recruiting practices. In addition, she will aid in recruiting transition management.
