Based in the Dallas office, Bailey will represent borrowers and lenders on a variety of financial transactions and other corporate matters. His clients include money-center financial instructions, regional banks, finance companies and private investment funds.
In addition to his work in financial services, Bailey has closed transactions for borrowers in a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare and media/telecommunications. Specializing in syndicated loans, asset-based loans, private offerings, workouts, swaps, derivative transactions and structured financings, he also assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of debt instruments on the secondary market. His representative transactions include both cross-border and domestic financings, while providing advice on general corporate issues.
