Three awards will comprise the 2012 Recruiting Awards: Talent Hunter, Recruiting innovation and Recruiting Organization. The nomination process started September 12, 2012 and will continue until September 21, 2012 at which time the crowdsourced judging will commence. The inaugural awards will be presented on October 15, 2012 at The Recruiting Conference in Las Vegas.
Winners will be selected via three phases of judging. A crowdsourcing component, a panel of recruiting practitioner judges and finally, the conference attendees.
Winners of the Talent Hunter and Recruiting Innovation Awards will receive an Apple iPad 3 and The Recruiting Organization team will share a $500 gift card for a team celebration. Winners in each of the three categories will also receive a trophy.
