The NFRN, often known as the voice of the independent retailer, are one of Europe’s largest retail trade associations, with 1800 members across the UK and Ireland. Founded in 1919, the organisation’s members collectively sell the largest number of newspapers, and now count Nicolites amongst their expanding list of brands. The NFRN are now actively placing Nicolite’s goods into stores and expect to have 3000 new stockists selling Nicolites’ range of products by the end of the year.
Excited at the prospect of working with such a renowned retailer, the team at Nicolites, who offer a safer alternative to tobacco smoking, have already begun making preparations for the acquisition. Sales Director, Birju Pujara, explains the actions that are already underway to help the new collaboration move forward.
“Naturally we are really pleased with our new partnership with the NFRN. In order to make the most of the acquisition we have begun developing a retailer stand specifically for the convenience sector. Our aim is to showcase our products as clearly as possible for shoppers”, explains Birju.
Birju also goes on to explain the benefits of working with such a well-established network of retailers.
“The NFRN’s impressive assortment of members between them sell £2billion worth of tobacco each year, and we believe that having our electronic cigarette range present within these will make our products much more easily accessible nationwide. We’re very optimistic not only about the impact on our sales department but also the industry in general as we believe this exposure will get people thinking about transforming their smoking habits.”
Nicolites is now the leading and most widely available brand of electric cigarette in the UK; they have formed business partnerships with many of the largest retailers to bring these wonderful innovations right on to the doorstep of every person in the country. Established in late 2007, Nicolites has grown into a multi-million pound company with international distribution networks and continues to grow at a phenomenal rate.
