London – Paris, September 12th 2012 – Leading travel and expense (T&E) management solution provider KDS has announced the opening of registrations for the next in the KDS expense management lunchtime seminars, this time focussing on expense processing best practice for a compliant life, which will be taking place in London on September 18th.

The seminar series focuses on current trends and hot topics in expense management, looking at cutting edge approaches and management best practices, supported by expert presentations and actionable advice from some of Europe’s leading expense management organisations. The next in this series, which is to be attended by senior finance and procurement executives, focuses on the challenge that is faced surrounding efficient and successful expense processing and the compliance issues that must be addressed including HMRC compliance, the Bribery Act and duty of care.

“Organisations are aware there remains a significant challenge in ensuring compliant and efficient expense management and processing” said KDS Marketing Director Stanislas Berteloot “but they are not perhaps clear that successfully and strategically addressing those issues can increase control of spend, increase compliance and lead to greater utilisation of negotiated discounts. Attendees will gain a clear view of how successful management around expense processing will lead to increased spend control, greater profitability and increased regulatory and legal compliance.”

Expense processing experts GB Business VAT’s Managing Director Brendan O’Neill will be discussing the challenges faced by organisations in turning what has traditionally been a back office function, into a set of internal strategic procedures. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of what the compliance priorities are, what represents best in class performance, how to address the legislative challenges that exist and how doing so will lower costs and drive compliance.

Information: Registration is free but places are limited. Book now to avoid disappointment.

Venue: The KDS Lunchtime Seminars are held at the Waldorf Hilton, London.
