Looking back on Fellows and Associates’ history, they began promoting awareness of the firm in August 2009 with a teaser advert placed in the CIPA Journal, ITMA Review and IPT Ball Programme. This first advert illustrated their penchant for taking the road less travelled with their advertising concepts and offering something that required a little more thought from their audience. Their injection of fun in a profession, sometimes viewed as more straight laced, seems to be working in their favour with many in the industry making comment on past and expressing anticipation for future campaigns.
This plan of attack has continued throughout their advertisement history with the latest CIPA Journal advertisement available for early viewing on the Fellows and Associates website.
It seems the decision to set themselves apart from their competitors with a different approach was a wise decision made by Managing Director, Pete Fellows, who comments “I think our commitment to providing fresh, up to date material for our website and our lateral approach to advertising has helped us build a strong profile for the firm over the past three years”. Pete explains “I have always wanted to carve a different route for Fellows and Associates, away from the negative connotations that sometimes accompany the recruitment profession, and I think we have been successful in doing so”.
As Fellows and Associates look to the future, Phillipa states “It is certain that, based on our current work schedule, we will be continuing to do what we love and we hope to see further development of the firm with the help of future networking events such as AIPPI and INTA, of which we are very much looking forward to attending”.
