Dominion Powersports Solutions, the industry’s leading suite of powersports business solutions, has welcomed Al Jenik as the new general manager for PowerSports Network. Based at PowerSports Network’s Sussex, WI headquarters, Jenik will work with the company’s management team to implement business growth plans while establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and dealer relationships within the powersports industry.
As a 19-year veteran of the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Jenik is no stranger to the world of powersports. He held a variety of positions in the sales division at H-D including dealer development rep and district manager before becoming director of dealer services in 2008. Jenik was the driving force behind several initiatives, including the CONNECT CRM program and Harley-Davidson’s industry-leading Dealer Performance Groups and Dealer Consulting programs which grew to more than 200 dealer members. The initiative improved sales and profitability of its participants by more than $28 million annually. Most recently, Jenik served as vice president of dealer development with Tracker Marine Group.

Jenik has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Cardinal Stritch University. He and his family will relocate to Milwaukee.
