About the Author
Katherine Elizabeth Steinhauer started writing stories when she was about 11 years old. She is now 13 years old and goes to Hallettsville Junior High. She is in the eighth grade. She lives with her parents, Michelle and Benjamin Steinhauer, together with her two brothers, Robert and Timothy Bunch. They live in a small country town by the name of Sublime, just east of Hallettsville, Texas. They live in a small but comfortable house, right next door to her Nana’s house. Their family has one pet dog and one pet cat. The cat’s name is Chancy and she is an American Shorthair. She is about 4 years old. The dog’s name is Butters and he is a Chihuahua. He is only 5 months old. Once she graduates from high school, she plans to go to college and hopefully become a police officer.
